Golf review management

Every golf review,
from every platform, in one place.

Google, Leading Courses, TripAdvisor, Golfbreaks, Top 100 and your own surveys. ReputAI collects them, reads them and tells you which ones need your attention, without anyone on your team opening a dozen websites.

What it covers

Review management for golf clubs,
from collecting to acting.

1
Collected from every platform that matters
Google always, plus the golf platforms your guests use. We connect them. Google and Leading Courses sync daily; the other platforms are brought up to date by our team.
2
Read in every language
Every review with text is read once for 25 golf topics, from greens and bunkers to booking and the clubhouse, and each mention is marked positive, mixed or negative.
3
Public reviews and surveys kept apart
Survey responses from Players1st, Smartpanel or 59Club are read too, but never added to your public figures. What a prospective guest sees stays measurable on its own.
4
A review pace target
How many public reviews you received this quarter, against what a busy club receives in the same season. Your survey audience is shown beside it, as the guests a review request could go to.
5
Which platforms are alive
Each source is labelled by its new reviews last quarter: very active, active, slow or dormant. A platform nobody reviews on any more is one you can stop pointing guests to.
6
Complaints caught before they go public
With the complaints module, an unhappy guest gets a form on your own site first. AI checks the complaint against your terms and drafts a response for your team to send.
Why it matters

Managing reviews is not
the same as reading them.

01
One platform is not the picture
In The Reputation Files: Mallorca 2026, Google and Leading Courses rate the same 19 courses and land 0.74 points apart. Which platform you watch changes what you think of yourself.
02
Volume is part of the score
A high rating on a handful of reviews persuades nobody. Knowing whether you are getting enough public reviews, and where, is half of review management.
03
Some reviews matter more
A complaint about pace of play that comes back across three platforms is a structural issue. ReputAI counts it, so you can see the difference from a one-off.
Questions

Golf review management,
in short.

Which platforms does ReputAI collect reviews from?

Google is always included. Beyond that we connect the platforms that matter for your club, such as Leading Courses, TripAdvisor, Top 100 Golf Courses, Golfbreaks, Yourgolftravel, Golfshake, Golfscape, Hole19, 1golf and AllSquare, plus survey tools such as Players1st, Smartpanel and 59Club. Pro covers Google plus four sources, Elite up to ten.

Do we have to set anything up?

No. We find the platforms where your club is reviewed and connect them for you. You do not need accounts, API keys or technical knowledge.

Does ReputAI reply to reviews for us?

No. Replies stay with your team, in your own voice, on the platform where the guest wrote. ReputAI tells you which reviews and topics deserve that attention first.

How many public reviews should a golf club get?

The dashboard measures your public review volume against an expected figure for the quarter. The yearly target of 113 public reviews is the level the busiest tenth of the clubs we measured in Spain, Portugal and Cyprus reach; most clubs are below it, which is the point of a stretch target.
