Golf club reputation management

Every review your club receives.
Read, counted and acted on.

Golfers describe your club on a dozen platforms, in their own language. ReputAI reads all of it, counts what keeps coming back, sets it beside comparable clubs and turns it into a short list of things to do next.

Why it is hard

A golf club’s reputation
is spread across a dozen platforms.

01
Golf has its own platforms
Google and TripAdvisor are only part of it. Leading Courses, Golfbreaks, Top 100, Yourgolftravel and Hole19 are where golfers compare courses before they book, and none of them talks to the others.
02
Guests write in their own language
A resort in Spain reads English, German, Dutch, Swedish and Spanish reviews about the same greens. The pattern only shows when all of them are read as one.
03
Nobody has the time
Hundreds of reviews a year, spread across platforms and seasons. Without someone counting, a complaint that keeps coming back looks the same as one that was said once.
How ReputAI does it

Reputation management,
built on counts instead of impressions.

1
Every platform, connected for you
Google plus the golf platforms that matter for your club, and your own surveys if you run them. We set up the sources; Google syncs daily.
2
Every review read for the same 25 topics
Greens, pace of play, value for money, staff, food and drink and twenty more. Each mention is marked positive, mixed or negative, in any language.
3
Counted, not estimated
The numbers in your report are calculated from the reviews themselves. The AI writes the explanation; it does not decide how often something was said.
4
Public and private kept apart
Your public score is what a prospective guest can read. Survey responses are read alongside it, but never mixed into it.
5
Compared with the clubs you compete with
The same twelve months, the same platforms, the same scoring for every club in your set, and topic by topic where guests are clearly more or less positive about you.
6
A short list of actions, every quarter
Ranked by impact, with the reviews behind each one. A topic is only flagged as rising when it beats the same season a year earlier, so a busy summer is not mistaken for a new problem.

By type of club

The platforms that matter
depend on who your guests are.

Questions

Golf club reputation management,
in short.

What is reputation management for a golf club?

It is knowing what golfers say about your club across every platform where they write, understanding which of it matters, and acting on it before it costs you bookings or members. For a golf club that means Google and TripAdvisor, but also golf platforms such as Leading Courses, Golfbreaks and Top 100, and the surveys you run yourself.

How is this different from reading our Google reviews?

Google is one platform among many. ReputAI reads every review on every connected platform, in every language, and counts how often each topic is praised or criticised. A theme that appears independently on several platforms is a fact about your club, not one guest’s opinion.

Do internal surveys count towards our score?

No. Survey responses from tools such as Players1st, Smartpanel or 59Club are read alongside everything else, but kept apart from public reviews. Your public score is what a prospective guest can see, and a survey that collects hundreds of responses must not drown it out.

Which type of club is ReputAI for?

Golf resorts, commercial golf courses and members clubs. The platforms that matter differ per type, and so does the question the report answers: bookings for a resort, greenfee and tour operator revenue for a commercial course, retention and board reporting for a members club.
